Developed by CAMBA Housing Ventures, a leading Brooklyn-based social services provider, the residence offers safe, affordable, permanent supportive housing. Apartments feature built-in kitchenettes and home office desks, providing a variety of usable areas in a compact studio The facility also includes on-site case management, community and meeting rooms, and landscaped patio and garden areas. The brick exterior is a masonry tapestry, inspired by African fabrics, symbolically weaving the building into the neighborhood. 97 Crooke Avenue participated in the Enterprise Green Communities Initiative and the NYSERDA Multifamily Performance Program.
