Douglas Freeman has experience leading large scale urban projects. He views architecture as an art that can transform space and the environment—combining the economics of development, programmatic function of the users, and practicality of building systems with the aesthetics and beauty that architecture brings to the mix. Doug enjoys working collaboratively with the clients, users, consultants, and contractors to design the best possible solution for each project. He has worked on transportation hubs, commercial developments, and residential buildings. Since joining the firm in 2013, his focus has been on transportation and infrastructure projects.
Douglas holds a Certificat d’Etudes Approfondies en Architecture from Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Paris-Belleville and a B.Arch from Carnegie-Mellon University.
