With in-depth experience managing large, multifaceted projects, Philippe Martelly excels in solving complex design challenges, especially under pressure. Philippe focuses on designing multi-family and affordable housing, and approaches each project motivated by a deep interest in providing quality homes to families who cannot afford it otherwise. He is passionate about the social impact of architecture – from providing shelter for diverse communities to improving our transportation systems, educational facilities, playgrounds, and all that encompasses the urban environment. A designer, manager, mentor, and consensus-builder, Philippe comes from a family of educators and is naturally adept at mentoring and team building, contributing to his belief that architects have a responsibility to the profession to help produce good architects.
Philippe holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Université Laval. He is a licensed architect in New York and is an active AIA member.
