Serena Nam has a deep-rooted philosophy that the success of an architect is determined by the appreciation a person feels within and around the architect’s design. Just as people feel moved by striking scenery, a good read, or a movie, she believes that architects have the responsibility to create inspirational spaces. Although the design must be functional and aesthetically pleasing, a truly successful design will linger in the memory of its users and compel them to be attentive to and be touched by each design detail.
Serena holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Yeungnam University and a Master of Science in Architecture from Pratt Institute.
