INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT: HOUSING
We are seeking seeking capable, intermediate level architects with experience on multi-unit residential projects. Work with a project manager to develop assigned project tasks during all phases, from concept presentations through design and construction documents for high-profile, sustainable, urban housing developments.
The following minimum qualifications shall apply:
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture
- Experience: 8-12 years relevant professional experience
- Graphic Skills: Strong graphic skills
- Design Skills: Strong design, 3D presentation and technical skills
- Organizational Skills: Focused, well organized, detail oriented
- Software: Proficiency with ACAD/Revit
- Other: Knowledge of NYC Building code, NYC Zoning Regulations, and familiarity with Enterprise Green Homes and LEED.
SENIOR ARCHITECT: TRANSPORTATION
We are seeking intermediate / senior level architects with demonstrated project management experience in transportation and infrastructure. Work with project principal to lead design team in all phases of project development from concept presentations through design and construction documents.
The following minimum qualifications shall apply:
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture
- License: NY or NJ Architectural Registration
- Experience: 8-15 years relevant professional experience
- Graphic Skills: Strong graphic skills
- Design Skills: Strong design, 3D presentation and technical skills
- Organizational Skills: Focused, well organized, detail oriented
- Software: Proficiency with ACAD/Revit and/or Microstation/Bentley BIM
- Other: Knowledge of building codes and LEED preferred
PROJECT ARCHITECT: TRANSPORTATION
We are seeking a capable, intermediate level project architect with experience working for public agency clients. Work as key part of design team on all phases of project development from planning and concept design through design and construction documents for high-profile transportation and infrastructure projects.
The following minimum qualifications shall apply:
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture
- License: NY Architectural Registration
- Experience: 5-12 years professional experience
- Graphic Skills: Strong graphic skills
- Design Skills: Strong 3D presentation, production and technical skills
- Organizational Skills: Focused, articulate, well organized, detail oriented
- Software: Proficiency with ACAD/Revit and familiarity with 3D software
- Working knowledge of NYC Building Code and LEED
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Work as key part of a design team on all phases of project development from planning and concept design through design and construction documents for high-profile institutional, educational and healthcare projects.
Qualifications The following minimum qualifications shall apply:
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture
- License: NYS Architectural Registration
- Experience: 5-8 years relevant professional experience
- Graphic Skills: Strong graphic skills
- Design Skills: Strong design, 3D presentation, production and technical skills
- Organizational Skills: Focused, articulate, well organized, and detail oriented
- Software: Proficiency with ACAD/Revit and familiarity with other 3D software
- Working knowledge of NYC Building code and LEED.
JUNIOR ARCHITECT
We are seeking capable, junior level architects with demonstrated experience with housing, transportation, or institutional projects. Work as a project team member on all phases of project development from concept presentations through design – construction documents and construction administration.
The following minimum qualifications shall apply:
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture
- Experience: 1-5 years professional experience
- Graphic Skills: Strong graphic skills and model making experience
- Design Skills: Strong 3D presentation, production and technical skills
- Organizational Skills: Focused, well organized, detail oriented
- Software: Proficiency with ACAD/Revit, Adobe CS and familiarity with 3D software
- Other: Familiarity with building codes and LEED is desirable.
