Job Openings are listed below, and when we are not actively recruiting for a position we add an “open call”, which we monitor for alignment with ongoing needs. Our hiring process starts with a portfolio review, followed by resume and cover letter evaluations. Selected candidates are invited to a virtual first-round interview with our team; this 30-minute appointment serves as an introduction to Dattner Architects and a chance to discuss your experience and goals. Second-round interviews are held in person, where you can tour our studio, meet more team members, and present your work. Candidates also complete a Revit assessment with our digital design team. Occasionally, a third interview may be scheduled. Throughout, we prioritize transparency, clear communication, and timely feedback. After final evaluations, we extend offers and provide onboarding details to support your transition into our team.
