Earl Jones Assoc. AIA, NOMA is Dattner Architects’ Digital Design Director, leading the firm’s advanced computing, 3D modeling, and BIM implementation to support design excellence through emerging technologies and innovative workflows across disciplines. “I joined Dattner Architects because I am passionate about the civic-minded nature of our work and the opportunity to serve the communities who ultimately use our projects. Observing the firm’s projects integrated into my community and other familiar neighborhoods serves as a source of pride. As the Digital Design Director, this motivates me to continuously pursue emerging technologies and digital design strategies that enhance our firm’s competitiveness and drive innovation. These explorations not only enhance the way our teams work but also ensure that the community, as the ultimate end user, benefits from more thoughtful and impactful design solutions. Harriet Andronikides AIA, Assoc. DBIA is a native New Yorker with a deep fascination for the city and its built fabric. She is inspired by work that strengthens public life and elevates the end-user experience, and focuses on complex and large-scale public projects. “My career as an architect has been shaped by the variety of projects I’ve worked on and by what I’ve learned from the people these projects serve. The most fulfilling moments have been here, working alongside talented colleagues and contributing to the essential architecture that serves and elevates public life in New York City and beyond. I’m grateful for the support and collaboration that brought me here and excited to keep advancing thoughtful design work with Dattner Architects.” — Harriet Andronikides
Jen Switala AIA, WEDG brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach grounded in the belief that the built environment shapes experience in deeply individual ways. Her work spans urban mixed-use projects, affordable and supportive housing, commercial projects, and comprehensive master planning. “I’m incredibly proud of the diverse projects and opportunities I’ve had while working at Dattner Architects, allowing me to meaningfully contribute to shaping the built environment and advance the firm’s mission to enrich neighborhoods and build communities.
