Billy sees high-quality, affordable housing as essential to the health and vibrancy of any city. His experience includes designing sustainability-focused multifamily projects with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin. He has helped guide complex projects through construction, ensuring that design goals are met while keeping the future residents’ experience a priority.
Billy holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the City College of New York and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
