She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex technical requirements while maintaining a focus on user experience, community impact, and design excellence. Throughout her career, she has championed the idea that thoughtful design can emerge from constraints and that collaboration is essential to successful outcomes.

Catherine holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. Her background includes art history, commercial art, advertising, and sculpture.
