Nathaniel Rogers’ Human Resources experience began 20 years ago as a recruiter in the hospitality industry. In the years since, he has served as a Consultant, Generalist, and Director with the belief that we should always be “onboarding” whether we are at the beginning of our careers or have decades of experience. Learning and development and employee engagement are ongoing processes and essential to both healthy organizations and individual talents. His experience with brand launches, talent acquisition, labor relations, policy development, coaching and counselling, and training have all reinforced this core belief.
Nathaniel received his bachelor’s degree in Illustration at Brigham Young University.
